IBF operates on strict constitutional guidelines ensuring complete transparency, verifiable appointments, and democratic chapter management at the global scale.

The Constitution

The IBF Global Constitution defines the Federation’s objects, powers, membership, chapter relationships, leadership terms and amendment rules. The consolidated constitution is being circulated for formal adoption by the Global Executive Council; the adopted text will be published on this page.

Global Executive Council

The apex body responsible for global policy, chapter recognition, programme oversight and compliance. It is composed of the Founder & Global President, global office bearers and one nominated representative from each recognised chapter. Council members are listed on the Global Leadership page.

Chapters

Country and state chapters are locally registered, independently run organisations that operate under a Chapter Affiliation MoU with IBF Global, covering brand use, standards, reporting and representation.

Verified Leadership

Every IBF appointment is issued with an appointment ID, a fixed one-year term and a QR verification link. Only appointments listed in the IBF Appointment Register are recognised. Verify any IBF office bearer on the Verify Appointment page.
