What is an Organization Chapter?

If you already run a Brahmin association — locally, nationally, or regionally — you can affiliate your organization with IBF Global and operate as a recognised IBF Chapter. Your organization remains a separate legal entity, runs its own programs, and keeps its identity. On top of that, you get IBF's global brand, programs, governance seat, and a share of platform revenue generated from your members.

Diverse community gathering

Global brand. Local autonomy.

• Operate as “International Brahmin Federation — [Your Region] Chapter” • Non-exclusive, revocable license to the IBF name, logo and identity • Keep your own bank accounts, registrations, board and bylaws • Run your local events, scholarships, business meets — your way

Member revenue share

Affiliation is free. We don't charge your organization a paisa. Instead, IBF charges members a small platform fee for premium memberships, programs and events. A defined share of that revenue flows back to your chapter every quarter — funding your local operations, scholarships and programs. You focus on community. We handle billing, infrastructure, and global programs.

Eligibility & How It Works

Who can apply?+

Any non-profit Brahmin association, samaj, federation or society that is legally registered in its country/state, has at least 25 active members, and is aligned with IBF's mission of education, entrepreneurship and social empowerment.

Do we lose our independence?+

No. Your organization stays as its own legal entity, with its own board, bank accounts and bylaws. The MoU defines a brand & affiliation relationship — IBF Global sets the constitution and brand standards; you run your local operations.

How long does the application take?+

Submit the online application with your organization details and a typed signature on the MoU. Our Chapters Team reviews within 7 working days. On approval, IBF Global counter-signs the MoU and your chapter is provisioned on the platform.

What does revenue share look like?+

Members of your chapter pay an optional premium platform fee (currently ₹999/year). A defined percentage of that fee is paid back to your chapter quarterly, transparently, with full member-by-member reporting. Local fundraising you do separately is 100% yours.

What are our obligations?+

Adopt IBF's constitution and code of ethics. Hold the IBF brand to its standards. Nominate a GEC representative. Submit an annual activity + financial summary. Coordinate international communications via IBF Global. Full obligations are in the MoU.

Can we terminate the affiliation?+

Yes. Either side can terminate the MoU with 90 days' written notice. On termination, your organization stops using the IBF name/logo within 30 days and reverts to its prior independent identity.

What chapter leaders say

Placeholder testimonials — replace with real quotes via CMS editor.

We had run our samaj for 12 years on volunteer time. Becoming an IBF Chapter gave us a global platform overnight — and the revenue share funds our scholarships now.

The MoU is fair — we keep our independence, our board, our bank account. We just gain a brand, a network, and back-office support we couldn't build ourselves.

Our young founders now have access to the Vipra Innovation Fund pipeline. That alone justified joining. The governance seat at the global table is a bonus.

  • UK — community service & cultural preservation focus

The Memorandum of Understanding

Affiliation is governed by a 3-year, renewable MoU between IBF Global and your organization. It covers brand licensing, autonomy, governance, financial transparency, and exit terms.

You'll review and sign the full MoU electronically as part of the application. Have it reviewed by your board or legal counsel before you submit.
