Biography
Pandit Naresh Sharma (Bhardwaj) is the respected leader of the Brahmin community in the Philippines, guiding and uniting Brahmins and Hindus in the region. A scholar of the Vedas, Puranas, and Sanatan Dharma, he has dedicated his life to preserving spiritual knowledge while serving the community abroad.
Background:
- Born in India, completed his studies in traditional Vedic scriptures, Sanskrit, and philosophy.
- A recognized priest and scholar, with deep expertise in rituals, dharmic traditions, and community leadership.
- Moved to the Philippines, where he decided to settle permanently in Manila to serve the Brahmin and Hindu diaspora.
Contribution to IBF:
- Strengthened the presence of IBF in Southeast Asia through the Philippines Chapter.
- Works to connect Brahmins across Asia with global IBF initiatives like Education & Careers, Vipra Innovation Funds, and Business Network.

- Organizes major Hindu festivals like Diwali, Navratri, Ram Navami, and Krishna Janmashtami for the Indian and Brahmin community in Manila.
