Professional Journey
- State Bank of India (1999 – 2002, Jaipur)
Joined as a Probationary Officer. Key contributor to launching the SBI Credit Card in Rajasthan in partnership with GE (USA). Successfully introduced co-branded credit cards and received national awards for outstanding performance.
- Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (2002 – 2009)
Started as Sales Manager in 2002 and promoted to Divisional Sales Manager in 2005. Recognized for exceptional achievements, receiving 20+ awards directly from the CEO of Bajaj Allianz.
- ING Life Insurance (2005 – 2006)
Served as Branch Manager, overseeing operations, growth, and business expansion.
- Hitech Lamps and Lighting Industries (2009 – Present, Jaipur)
Founder of the company, managing manufacturing and import operations in the electrical insulation sector.
- Hitech Builders (2013 – Present)
Founder of Hitech Builders, leading construction and development projects across Jaipur and beyond.

In 2015, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 'Digital India' mission, Shivendra Sharma emerged as a key national figure, receiving the prestigious National Award for his groundbreaking work in technology and governance. His exceptional contribution was personally recognized and praised by Shri Narendra Modi, and he was honored by then IT & Law Minister Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad at the national level—a moment that etched his name among the pioneers of India’s digital revolution.
His achievements include National Awards, appreciation from Ratan Tata and PM Narendra Modi, the Burj CEO Award in Dubai, and features in Forbes, CNN, BBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, and more. Through Dr Digitalz Foundation, he has empowered 5.5 lakh children and 5,000 elderly people, showcasing his commitment to social impact.
