An M.Tech graduate from IIT Bombay he is a former Gazetted Officer in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, he served with distinction for over four years at a senior post, contributing directly to the nation's digital transformation agenda.

As Founder of Dr Digitalz Pvt Ltd, he has empowered over 250 startups and modernized 350+ traditional companies, delivering exponential revenue growth through digital marketing, automation, AI, CRM, and IT innovations. His expertise cuts across industries—real estate, hospitality, healthcare, FMCG, education, jewellery, and agro-tourism.
As Director of Samachar Plus, a national satellite news channel, Shivendra is driving a media revolution. He is introducing AI-powered newsrooms, OTT-first formats, and digital anchors to make the channel a national platform of visibility—where entrepreneurs, corporates, leaders, and common citizens can have their voices heard across India.

Currently, Shivendra is a Regional Director for BRICS Summit 2025, leading efforts to bring the summit to Rajasthan and put the state on the global map for trade and diplomacy.

In 2015, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 'Digital India' mission, Shivendra Sharma emerged as a key national figure, receiving the prestigious National Award for his groundbreaking work in technology and governance.
